Wild Bill's Story
Wild Bill was born in San Francisco, CA. While living most of his life in the San Francisco Bay Area, he traveled around the country after college. One of his long time goals was to have an authentic Philly Cheesesteak from (of all places...) Philidelphia. After trying every Cheesesteak Shop, Restraurant or Grill in Philly, Wild Bill decided he had to bring the awe insiring goodness of a real Philly Cheesesteak sandwich back to California.
5 Years ago Wild Bill opened a cheesesteak franchise. After, being bound to the franchises portions, meat quality & lack of "franchise support", Bill wanted to make his restaurant more personal & decided to go out on his own and open Wild Bill's Cheesesteaks & Grill. With Wild Bill at the helm, Quality meats, huge portions & a great Customer Service are Bill's key to success.
Growing up in the Bay Area, Bill named his favorite Cheesesteak sandwich after the city where he lived. The "BRUNO" is named after San Bruno, CA.
- The "PAYTON" named after Bill's favorite all time football star Walter Payton.
